Mindfulness has been proven to increase concentration and attention, reduce anxiety, and promote self-awareness, self-compassion, and self-regulation. These are critical 21st Century skills that our young people must learn in order to live sustainable, happy lives. To better help today's educators, I provide consultation and support for teachers and school staff to integrate mindfulness practices into their daily classroom routines.
In order to best serve your school, I work directly with teachers and staff to assess how to meet the needs of their classroom or school community. In addition to professional development for teachers and school staff, I offer easy to implement lessons and warm-up routines that can be incorporated into current programming or serve as the foundation for ongoing mindfulness training.
